Zak Mougharbel leads Sheba Development with over 40 years of experience in engineering, design, and international investment analysis. His background spans both academic achievement and hands-on project leadership, giving him a comprehensive understanding of every aspect of development from initial concept to final execution.
With a Ph.D. from Kennedy Western University and degrees in engineering, Zak brings technical expertise and creative vision to each project. He’s personally involved in every build, working closely with clients to understand their goals and translate those visions into exceptional homes and commercial spaces. His ability to balance design innovation with practical execution has earned Sheba Development recognition as one of the region’s premier builders.

I know Zak since 1998, I was planning to build my own house, next to the one he was building, during our conversation, he suggested if I would like him to build my house as well, I did not take his offer, however, during my construction, any time I needed help, he was there and guided me throughout my journeys , he even offered his contractors and People to be around to help me.
This was how we met and since then he has built 4 houses for me and my children. We worked together on some other joint ventures projects as well.
Our family worked with Zak and Sheba Design & Build for all the stages of building our home. Zak was with us every step of the way from lot selection to move in date. One of the best things about working with Zak is that he cares about his clients. He helped us keep costs reasonable, pushed the work along in a timely manner, and stands by his work. Even now after a year living in and loving our custom home, Zak returns phone calls and texts to make sure that we are taken care of.
